OVERVIEW
Participants will receive an intensive coaching course to prepare for the field, as well as a Spanish language course to equip you with the right basic language skills to interact with the girls and local community. You will be introduced to the Girls United methodology, and learn to provide fun, engaging and challenging sessions that implement our methodology.
LOCATION
We are located in a municipality of Bacalar, in the State of Quintana Roo. The town has the perfect mixture of natural beauty and culture, making it the ideal spot to explore Mexico.
Quintana Roo is a state on the Yucatán Peninsula. It borders Belize, Guatemala, the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea. Its central location in the American continent makes it a great spot for any travellers wishing to go south, towards Central and South America or north, towards North America.

ACCOMODATION
All volunteer coaches are housed in modern, secure, safe shared accommodation
within a 5-min walk from Club Bacalar training pitch.
DAILY ACTIVITIES
8am: Morning Snack / Fruit
9am - 10am: Functional Training or Football Training
11:30am - 1pm: Social Leadership Course or Spanish Class
1:15pm - 2:15pm: Lunch
4pm - 7pm: Girls United Community Sessions
7:45pm - 8:30pm: Dinner
11:00pm: Lights Out
