Join the Girls United community for an evening of recognition and celebration as we wrap up what has been an amazing 2025/26 season. The Summer Celebration brings together participants and community members from all our programmes — from Love the Game to Play Like a Girl to FC. With the return of the Girls United Values Champion Awards (vote below), it’s a night to honour everyone who’s been part of the journey.
Date: Sunday 28th June
Doors open: 2pm
Awards Ceremony Begins: 3pm
Venue: Peckham Arches - Unit 6, Dovedale Business Centre, London SE15 4QN
Price: £8 for adults, £2 for children (free for community pricing members)

Your ticket includes entrance to our Girls United end of season party and exciting awards show. Food, drinks, and raffle tickets will be available for purchase throughout the event.

Values Awards Nominations
We would love to invite you to nominate someone for the following awards:
FC Player of The Year
Love The Game Player of The Year
Play Like a Girl Player of the Year
Girls United Workforce of The Year (coach or a wider member of GU staff)
Community Champion (a volunteer, match day volunteer, GU advocate)
The Girls United Award (anyone for outstanding contributions on and off pitch)
These awards are about attitude and approach to the game, Girls United, and the wider world, rather than football ability. Think about the following when making your nominations:
Explore: Has this individual explored how they can impact their community, session, or the game more broadly?
Inspire: Is this individual a role model for others in the way they approach training sessions, fixtures, administration or any aspect of Girls United?
Empower: Does this individual consistently attend sessions, activities and other GU events, helping them to learn, develop and make change?
GU journey: Over the season, has this player or coach increased in confidence or engaged with more sport as a result of their involvement with GU?
A true GU hero: Does this person represent GU values on a daily basis?
The deadline to complete this form is 10am on Friday 15th May. You are welcome to nominate multiple times but should be one per form.
