10 Days of Elite Training, Competition & Cultural Exchange where participants will receive an intensive coaching course an introduction to the Girls United methodology, and learn to provide fun, engaging and challenging sessions that implement our methodology.

LOCATION

Our London programme is based in South London, one of the capital’s most vibrant and culturally rich areas. With its strong grassroots football scene, diverse communities and creative energy, South London offers the perfect blend of sports facilities and city life, making it an ideal place to train, connect and explore.

Participants will train at Dulwich Sports Ground in South London while staying in centrally located accommodation with easy access to London’s most iconic landmarks. Just minutes from the famous South Bank and Borough Market, they will be surrounded by historic sights, world class museums and some of the city’s best food.

All participants are housed in modern, central, secure, shared accommodation, with easy access from the airport and to all London activities.

FAQs

  • The Girls United FA London International Soccer Camp is open to female players aged 15–17 years old who are actively competing at club, academy, or high school level.

    To participate, players must:

    • Provide proof of age (passport or birth certificate)

    • Hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)

    • Obtain UK entry authorization (ETA required for both Mexican and U.S. passport holders)

    • Provide evidence of return travel

    • Submit completed medical clearance and health history form

    • Be covered by valid international travel and medical insurance

    • Have signed Girls United FA Parent Enrolment Agreement and Exchange Contract

    Final acceptance is confirmed once documentation and deposit are received.

  • Players leave with meaningful personal and athletic growth, as well as a simple certificate of completion that helps them reflect on their experience. While the camp isn’t designed as a college‑prep or recruiting program, many families find that the independence, cultural awareness, and leadership skills gained during the week become valuable touchpoints in future school or extracurricular contexts.

  • The camp delivers a structured development experience combining high-level football training, competition, leadership development, and cultural immersion.

    Each day includes:

    Morning

    • Technical and positional training

    • Speed, agility and conditioning work

    Midday

    • Tactical workshops and match analysis

    • Leadership and mindset sessions aligned with Girls United FA’s empowerment model

    Afternoon

    • Competitive matches or structured scrimmages

    • Performance review and recovery protocols

    Evening

    • Supervised team dinners

    • Cultural experiences or London excursions on selected days

    The program balances intensity with recovery to ensure player performance and wellbeing across the 10 days.

  • Airport transfers are fully coordinated and supervised.

    • Designated arrival windows will be provided in advance

    • Players arriving at Heathrow or Gatwick will be met inside the terminal by Girls United FA staff

    • Group transportation to accommodation is included

    • Return airport transfers are included on departure day

    Families must submit confirmed flight details prior to travel for coordination.

  • Player safety is the highest priority of Girls United FA.

    We provide:

    • 24/7 adult supervision

    • Safeguarding-trained and background-checked staff

    • Secure, controlled-access accommodation

    • Emergency action protocols at all training venues

    • Access to medical professionals if required

    • Daily attendance monitoring and welfare check-ins

    All players must submit medical documentation and carry valid insurance for the duration of the camp.

    Parents receive an emergency contact number for the full 10 days.

  • Yes.

    The total camp cost is 3,500 GBP and we offer a structured payment plan:

    • 750GBP  non-refundable deposit to secure your spot

    • Two scheduled installment payments

    • Final balance due prior to camp start

    Spaces are limited to 30 players and are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

    Payments are processed in GBP. Families are responsible for any international transaction or transfer fees.

  • London summer weather in July is generally mild and comfortable for training.

    • Average daytime temperatures: 64–77°F (18–25°C)

    • Occasional light rain showers

    • Cooler evenings

    The climate is ideal for high-performance outdoor sessions, but players should be prepared for variable conditions.

  • Players should pack:
