Protocols For International coaching programme / social leader programme

  • All volunteers and coaches must present negative COVID tests upon arrival

  • Accommodation exclusive for programme – in order to ensure our shared living space remains COVID-safe, we will create a bubble within the accommodation, making it exclusive to people on the programme who have demonstrated their negative COVID test

  • All house staff will wear masks at all times

  • Strict protocols with cleaning staff to disinfect all areas and surfaces on a daily basis

  • All courses will be delivered on site as to limit the use of external indoor spaces

  • COVID protocols will be followed during all activities outside of the accommodation

Protocol AT club training sessions and on-field activity

  • All participants at sessions are asked to monitor their symptoms on a daily basis before attending a session

  • Everyone wears masks throughout sign in/ sign out, the players can remove their masks during activity but they remain distanced (2m) from coaches and the volunteers at all times

  • All activity is in outdoor, open spaces and we have kept group sizes capped at 30 players so as to not have crowds – equally parents are asked to wait outside of the fields and wear masks at all times

Protocol during OTHER activities

  • Whenever the group does external activities, we will ensure to wear masks and follow the government protocols that require all establishments to check costumers temperature, wear masks in shared spaces, stay in open/outdoor spaces and use antibacterial on hands and surfaces.

  • We believe that by being careful, diligent and thoughtful, we can protect the whole group and all staff members from being at risk of COVID. In the case of symptoms developing, the individuals will be isolated and monitored in order to decide the best actions to protect their health and safety.
