beginners session
Time: 15:00-16:00
This session is exclusively for women and non-binary individuals, who are curious about or returning to football. Led by our very own coaches, this session promises an inclusive atmosphere filled with fun drills and a friendly match.
See more information below.
Why is the beginners session restricted to women and non-binary people?
At Girls United, we believe in equal opportunities for everyone to enjoy football. While we've made strides in providing opportunities for girls, we recognize that there are generations of women and non-binary people who may have missed out. That's why we're introducing this inclusive Beginners Session - to empower all parents, carers, school staff & teachers to feel comfortable and supported as they engage with their girls' football journey. It's about bridging the gender gap in sports and creating a welcoming space for everyone to try something new.
