THE COACHING COURSE

Coaches Across Continents (CAC) runs year-round Purposeful Play programs with communities in over 60 countries on 6 continents. Our Education Outside the Classroom methodology intentionally builds spaces where communities can have fun, share ideas, learn new educational tools and discuss sensitive issues inspired by a play-based curriculum.

Once a year CAC sends experienced facilitators to work directly with our partner communities. During these On-Field sessions we play various activities from our Purposeful Play curriculum that allow participants to form connections between what happens on and off the field. These games often stimulate dialogue around locally-relevant social issues as well as create opportunities for participating leaders to adapt the activities to their unique context.

This on-field training then informs our ongoing year-round support of all participating programs... Including anyone who shows up out of interest and wants to stay involved! CAC is delighted to hold our first training with Girls United in London in November, 2019.
