The academy provides training sessions for local girls between the ages of 5 and 18. Sessions run Monday to Friday and games and tournaments are scheduled throughout the year. Training sessions are designed to develop players technically, tactically, socially and mentally. Our aim is to empower girls through football, nurturing their self-confidence and leadership skills just as much as improving their sporting abilities.
